We aim to resolve all customer inquiries and requests as soon as possible and to keep our customers informed throughout the process. We will always try to resolve any issue in a timely and efficient manner.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know by emailing us at returns@funphix.com within 30 days from the date you purchased your order.
We will be glad to refund the price you purchased it at, less 15%, or exchange the item(s), for what you choose. We do not accept returns after 30 days of your purchase.
